RTDI projects management
Even if an organization has the technical know-how and the human resources, it needs an efficient management which enables all elements working properly and according to the project objectives and resources.
Nowadays, the project manager is an essential person, since the projects are more and more multidisciplinary. Its importance lies in co-ordinating the different partners and establishing the timing of the project activities.
