Characteristics of the RTDI management systems

The RTDI management system integrates the general management system: organizational structure, activities planning, functions and responsibilities, procedures and resources.

The goal of the rule UNE 166000 is to prepare the organizations for:

• Developing a RTDI policy,
• Defining objectives according to their activities, products and services,
• Systematizing the RTDI activities,
• Establishing the technological surveillance and competitive intelligence,
  
• Setting the technology transfer mechanisms,
• Structuring, organizing and monitoring the RTDI units,
• Protecting and exploiting the RTDI results,
• Measuring, analysing and improving the RTDI activities.
