Certification PREMIE D-106/2003

In 2000 IKERTIA decided to implement the EFQM Model, because turned out to be the most adequate, according to our needs and philosophy.

In 2003, we obtained the PREMIE certification, a management tool developed by the Biscay Council which has played a main role in initiating the EFQM implementation in the region.

And in 2004, we obtained the Certification of the ISO 9001:2000, by integrating the PREMIE methodology and the ISO 9001:2000 in the same quality management system.

As part of our goals, we go for the implementation and use of management systems (linked to the EFQM) which meet our clients' and workers' needs.
