· Fundación Ikertia, based in Calle Colón de Larreategui, 26 - 6th A 48009 BILBAO, ID G - 95 437 703 and e-mail info@ikertia.net (from here on named "IKERTIA") aims to inform the users of its Web site about the policy of personal data protection, so that the users decide if they want to provide the personal data required for registering in the services offered by IKERTIA.

· IKERTIA will store only the personal data voluntary provided by the user. IKERTIA guarantees an automatic and confidential treatment of the personal data in line with the Spanish Data Protection Legislation (Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December, about the Protection of personal data).

· Some of the questions are optional, not answering them does not imply less quality or quantity of the services provided. The user guarantees that the data are true and must communicate any modification in them.

· The objective of the subscription form information is to maintain the services supplying between IKERTIA and the user which includes: the services management, the monitoring of their use, sending technical, operative and commercial information about IKERTIA services.

· IKERTIA respects and protects the users' privacy and it guarantees that individual information will not be disclosed to anyone. IKERTIA undertakes to not use the users' personal data for other commercial purpose than IKERTIA services.
